Films finished before 31 October 2015 can be submitted only till 30 November.
We are waiting for documentary, animated and short film submissions to four competitions of equal rank – national and three international ones: Short Film Competition, Documentary Film Competition and DocFilmMusic Competition for music documentary films. Films finished before 31 October 2015 must be submitted till 30 November.
- Short Film Competition: feature, animated and documentary films with a running time of no more than 30 minutes
- Documentary Competition: documentary films with a running time longer than 30 minutes
- DocFilmMusic Competition: documentary music films with a running time of more than 50 minutes.
- National Competition: only Polish feature and animated films with a running time not exceeding 30 minutes and documentary films of unlimited length can be submitted. Out of the films submitted, the selection committee chooses those which will take part in international competitions.
The films which can participate in the competition are foreign films which were made in 2015 and 2016 that have not been screened publicly before 1 June 2015, and Polish films made in 2015 and 2016. In all three international competitions, a Polish première is required, while an international première is preferred. One entity can submit 5 films for free. The fee for each subsequent film is 10 €.
Films should be submitted for selection in the following way:
1. By sending a public or private link to the film, with or without a login, with unlimited access, not restricted by time or territory (e.g. Vimeo, YouTube, etc.).
2. By uploading an MP4 or MOV file with the film to the festival server.
The deadlines for submitting films to the selection in the short, documentary and DocFilmMusic competitions:
• for films made prior to 31 October 2015: 30 November 2015
• for films made after 31 October 2015: 31 January 2016
