THE AUDIENCE BUILDING STRATEGIES
March, 26th | 10 am – 12 pm | Kino Kultura Cinema | Warsaw
Wajda School and Creative Europe Desk Poland, along with workshops DOK.Incubator cordially invite you to participate in the seminar which will be held on March, 26th at Kino Kultura Cinema, Warsaw. The theme of the seminar is how to build the audience for the film. Seminar will be led by acclaimed professionals from Denmark: Freddy Neumann and Sigrid Dyekjær.
One of the priorities of the European Commission under the Creative Europe programme for the period 2014-2020 is to engage the general public to participate in the culture. In today’s mass of information, we all try to reach public awareness and gain media attention. But how to build a close relationship with the audience ? How to reach audience? How to make it to talk about our film? How to gain public interest? All these are matters of effective communication strategies.
During the seminar, the organizers will try to combine theory with practice – from the practical issues involved in planning the promotion of the film, through the use of effective and appropriate communication strategies and linking them with the principles of audience building.
The seminar will be based on three elements – theory, case studies and strategy of planning the communication with the use of modern techniques to build brand awareness.
The meeting will be held at the Kino Kultura Cinema in Warsaw on March, 26 at 10 am. Admission is free. The seminar will be conducted in English. After the official welcome for a small snack.
The seminar is part of an international workshop DOK.Incubator & DOK.Restart, which will be held in Krakow from May, 22nd to May, 29th. You can apply for DOK.Incubator until April, 11th.
