After the Opening Ceremony, to the rhythm of reggae in the crowded cinema room at Kijów.Centrum, and a visit of the film’s director, Kevin Macdonald, we invite all of you for series of meetings with the film directors.

The Kijów.Centrum offers a tremendous opportunity to meet many directors.
Just to begin, after the screening at 10:00 a.m. you will be invited for the meeting with directors of the following films: “Sit, Roll Over, Play Dead” – Edgard F. Grima; "24 Buckets, 7 Mice, 18 Years" – Marius Iacob, “Not About Us” – Michael Frei.
At 12:30 a.m. the directors of "San Juan’s Dream", Joaquin Del Paso and Jan Paweł Trzaska will meet the cinema public.
After the screening at 3:00 p.m. Martin Marecek, the director of “Solar Eclipse”, will be available to the audience.
At 6:00 p.m. the festival director, Krzysztof Gierat, will held the meeting with the director of “Freestyle Life”, Adam Palenta.
Those interested in meeting the directors a little bit earlier will be invited for the meeting with Filip Antoni Malinowski, the director of “Resettlement”, at 3:30 p.m. at the Kino Pod Baranami. After the screening of “How Solidarity Was Created”, planned at 6:15 p.m., there will be a meeting with Krzysztof Materna, its director. The meeting featuring political issues will be continued with Judyta Fibiger, the director of “Political Dress”.
After this meeting, Maria Zmarz-Koczanowicz, the director of “Vera Gran”, one of the films having its world premiere at the 52nd Krakow Film Festival will participate in the meeting with the film fans. Later at 9:00 p.m. all interested are invited to the meeting with Karen Winter, the director of “The Betrayal”.
The Mikro cinema has also its attractions to offer. At 11:00 a.m., we heartily encourage you to take part in the meeting with the director of “The Flat”, Arnon Goldfinger, and PWST invite you for the Q&A with the director of “Torn”, Ronit Kertsner, at 5:30 p.m.
Last but not least, at 10:00 p.m. the director of “Komeda, Komeda…” Natasza Ziółkowska-Kurczuk will gladly answer all questions about Krzysztof Komeda.
