Nearly 200 titles from around the world, international guests, industry and side events – all available at a special promotional price. Regular passes and accreditations for this year’s festival are now available.

The Krakow Film Festival is a space where prominent and established filmmakers from all over the world meet newcomers, and the audience can meet the creators of films and their protagonists in person. It’s a festival of grand premieres and a launchpad for international careers, but above all, it’s a meeting place for true cinema-loving insiders – in the cosy screening rooms of Krakow’s legendary arthouse cinemas and in the virtual world of online screenings. The heart of documentary and short film beats in Krakow!

The program of this year’s edition features approximately 200 films from across the globe, including over 100 world and Polish premieres. The festival will be held in Krakow cinemas (from 26 May to 2 June) and on KFF VOD (from 31 May to 16 June)! Films will be presented in three international competitions (documentary, short film, and DocFilmMusic), the national competition, as well as in numerous non-competitive segments (e.g. Focus on Romania, Docs+Science, Polish Documentary Panorama, and Kids&Youth Fest) and special screenings.

We have prepared insider passes for festival-goers, which you can buy for yourself or your those you hold dear. There are three types of insider accreditations – intended for art students, the media, and members of the film industry.

The Krakow Film Festival is on the exclusive list of qualifying events for the Oscars® in the categories of short film (live action, animated, documentary) and documentary feature, as well as a recommending event for the European Film Awards in the same categories.

The Kraków Film Festival is organised with the financial support of the Municipality of Kraków, the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, the European Union’s Creative Europe program, and the Lesser Poland Province. The co-organiser is the Polish Filmmakers Association and the main organiser is the Krakow Film.

The 64th Krakow Film Festival will be held in cinemas from 26 May to 2 June 2024 and on KFF VOD from 31 May to 16 June 2024.
