In this documentary film the director verifies several hypotheses and looks for answers to a few questions: is a dancer’s body a store room of his motions? How do dancers create and pass on the knowledge they have acquired? Do social and cultural conditions have an impact on their bodies? Michael Maurissens makes an attempt to analyse dance kinematics and understand the connection between a subjective vision and objective implementation.
