Tomasz Knittel shows a portrayal of the contemporary Polish scene of source music. He invited the following bands to participate in his film: Chłopcy Kontra Basia, Kapela Ze Wsi Warszawa, Kompania Prusinowski Infidelis, Kapela Brodów and Kapela Maliszy. The essence of this creative documentary is to combine tradition with modernity. Traditional images like bread baking or folk dances in the streets of Warsaw are intertwined with the impressionist landscape of a contemporary city, all to the rhythm of folk songs.
