This creative documentary by Borys Lankosz is an attempt to capture the phenomenon of Stanisław Lem as an author and thinker whose intellectual horizons went beyond his age and the reality of the country where he had to live. The film includes archival collages, staged parts and unique excerpts from interviews that offer an insight not only into the artist’s biography but also into the turbulent history of Central and Eastern Europe that shaped him.
