We all know these images: a GIF file with lost John Travolta or a film about an alligator biting a man’s arm off. The animated, chaotic mix of memes circulating online shows the reality that is governed by “likes”. This stream-of-consciousness narration has become an opportunity for the director to reflect on the contemporary world in which our own memories are becoming lost is the jungle of amateur films made by others. Regretfully, not everything can be undone by pressing CTRL+Z.

Born in 1974 in Zapopan, Mexico. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Hamburg (specialising in Documentary Film). Since 2012, he has organised a short film festival in Ecuador, Germany and Mexico. He has made the animated documentary "Reality 2.0" (2012), two animations "Spare the Blood, Spoil the Child" (2005) and "Squarehead" (2003) and the documentary "Tateikie behind the Curtain" (2009).
