The Ant Gets Married
Poland2017animated15'Konkurs polski (2018)
An ant, burnt out with its corporate life, decides to get married. The beetle it meets on an online dating service turns out to be the perfect candidate – handsome, fit and with a sense of humour. It has a big house and a sports car. Their relationship is blooming, but the beetle is a bit reluctant as regards its consummation. The film is a parody of blind dates, online love and idealised relationships as well as a warning that if you dream about happiness, you have to take off your rose-tinted glasses for at least a moment.
