"The Commodore Story" is a nostalgic travel in time to the 1970s and the 1990s. Steven Fletcher, the film director and the programmer of VIC 20 and its famous successor – 64, explores the phenomenon of the electronic industry of those decades focusing on famous Commodore computers. Interviews with people who took advantage of 8-bit computers make a fascinating story of the legendary Commodore company that manufactured typewriters, summators and calculators as well as the most popular computers in the world, Commodore C64 and Commodore C65, which still have their loyal fans. For the Polish viewer, it is noteworthy that the founder of the once-giant was Jack Tramiel, a survivor of Auschwitz who was born in Poland.
