Poland2010animated8'Retrospektywa Piotra Dumały (2021)
Full of absurd humour, the film is a pastiche of popular television shows from the past such as ‘Tele-Echo’ hosted by Irena Dziedzic who conducted about 12 500 interviews with interesting personalities in this first talk show in the history of Polish television. The eponymous protagonist, a host of a popular programme, is played by (obviously, on the soundtrack) Jerzy Płażewski, PhD, a renowned cinema critic and historian who invites such interesting guests as a man in a lozenge, a mouse that swallowed a snake or an inventor of the razor powered with compressed air.
