He was born in 1983. After graduation from EMCA he worked for the Irish animation studio Cartoon Saloon on two feature films “The Secret of Kells" (2009) and “Song of the Sea” (2014), both Oscar nominees directed by Tomme Moore. He made his debut as a director in 2010 with the short film “Old Fangs”. “Genius Loci” is his second short picture.
