Free admission, limited number of seats. Yet another edition of a global film project which includes over 300 thousand recordings from across the world presents more of new protagonists and their stories. The materials sent are random chronicles of events from one day, 25 July 2020. For many participants of the project, the day was a regular Saturday in the new pandemic reality, for others, it was an unforgettable day when their child was born, they proposed to a fiancée or said goodbye to their relatives. All these experiences have one thing in common – the camera following them and the awareness of participation in an exceptional international project.

Film director. He was born in 1967 in Scotland. His first documentary “One Day in September” won the Academy Award for the Best Documentary Feature in 2000. His feature film “Touching the Void “(2003) is a winner of the BAFTA award for outstanding British film. His feature films include “The Last King of Scotland”, “State of Play and How I Live Now”. His documentary “Life in a Day”, made in collaboration with Ridley Scott, has won an audience award at the 51st Krakow Film Festival.
