Film director and producer. She was born in 1962 in Italy. She was one of the first women in the Italian film industry to become a camera assistant, camera operator and a film director. She has learnt her craft from the master of Italian neorealism, Armando Nannuzzi, an author of photography for the films of Visconti, Pasolini, De Sica, Leone and Cavani. She teachers photography and digital editing at Universita Del Cinema in Rome and film directing at the Architectural Association in London.
