Two best friends, Grim and Axel, have always wanted to take part in the biggest Scandinavian rock festival. When they get such a chance, they have to quickly replace some band members, so they organize a hearing. Thilda, who plays the cello, becomes their new bassist and Martin, a fan of racing without a driving licence – their driver. The team sets off on a mad journey across Norway. Chased by their parents and the police, they have less and less time to make it for the festival and realise their musical dreams.
