Jennifer is black German with German, Austrian and Nigerian roots. Noa is an Israeli from Tel Aviv. They meet in Paris during a drawing class and quickly become friends. Despite many kilometres separating them, they stay in touch for years until Jennifer finds out that she is a granddaughter of Amon Goeth, a Nazi criminal and commander of the Płaszów concentration camp. This fact-based animation shows not only one of the most improbable cases of the recent years, but above all it demonstrates how difficult it is to free oneself from the past once one knows it.
