Martin has it all: his own art gallery, an intelligent wife, a nice apartment and an organised and settled life. This may be the core of the problem - his everyday life is overwhelmed by all-encompassing boredom, a routine killing any joy. He is tired by everything, in particular by proving the world that his work is important. Or, maybe, it is simply a mid-life crisis? Martin decides to face it in the most mature way – when masturbation and teenage fantasies about television stars fail, he just runs away. An accidental meeting with a former TV star now forgotten by the world, whom he once loved, forces him to reflect upon himself.

She first earned a Master's degree in Marketing Communication, which naturally led her to directing commercials. She also studied filmmaking at the EFC in Denmark and directing documentaries at the NFTS in London. As a current student of Directing Fiction at FTF VŠMU, she likes to explore themes of loneliness and anxiety as well as the complexities of family relationships. On her last film "This Peculiar Day" she worked as a director, co-writer, and editor.
