It takes us to places behind the curtains, inaccessible for the audience on a regular day, and stumbles upon the people of the theatre, both real and legendary. It is also a film about the individuals who have stood behind the fame and reputation of this place since its foundation. Stories of success are intertwined with painful memories and anecdotes, which embellish the entire picture. The authors won an Oscar nomination for their short documentary ‘Our Curse’.
